A good 3/4 star stay
Not sure this would be a 5 star hotel anywhere outside of Bangkok. It was nice, furnished well but we found room cleaning to be quite poor (if the bed wasn’t made we would have thought no one had cleaned), service needs improvement (called for extra items for the room eg tea and coffee and this never arrived), rooftop bar is good and offer happy hour but again service was so slow which left us with the impression they only want you to have 1 cocktail max using the deal. Air con super loud in room so we struggled to sleep. Overall a good stay but not the five star experience we were expecting.

Spent the first night in Bangkok here and it was great. Overall a very pleasant experience, from nice and helpful staff, clean and modern room, nice facilities. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop bar just amazing!

It was a nice and safe visit. We were welcomed by “May”, good start, she was very polite and got us into our room an hour early. Stay was professional and on point, breakfast buffet definitely worth it. We would stay again.
