There is seating for 4 in the dining area with additional seating available at the bar. The master bedroom offers a 24 inch flat screen TV w/ built in DVD player and queen size bed. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a 32" TV. The clubhouse features an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas.

perfect for our family of 5
My husband and I spent 3 nights with our sons ages 11, 14 & 16 at Sugar Ski, and the property perfectly fit our needs. It was clean, had a full kitchen, laundry facilities and was right on the ski ramp. The location is good, Sugar Mtn is close to Banner Elk, where most the better restaurants are. This is our 3rd trip to the Boone area, and by far our favorite. The master's queen bed is averagely comfortable, and you're so exhausted after a day of skiing, etc that average is acceptable. The boys said the 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were not comfortable. Our other son had the blow up matteress in the living room floor, and he didn't seem to mind that. Everything was clean, and the staff in the trailer that is temporarily serving as the lobby were REALLY easy to access and very helpful. They will be opening the new facility with a pool and hot tub soon, and that is a really great new option.
