The doors are very difficult to open and close, which causes guests to slam them constantly throughout the day. This was especially disruptive in the early morning hours.
On the first day at breakfast, most of the food had already run out, and the staff didn’t seem very interested in restocking it.
As for the rooms, the bedding felt damp, and the entire room had a musty odor. The air conditioning unit smelled so unpleasant that we had to switch it off and open the windows instead—fortunately, the weather made that a workable option.
