As a solo traveler, I had an excellent stay in Cabin 1 at Gallagher's Travels. Not only was the cabin attractive and clean, with a working mini-fridge, toaster, and microwave, there was beautiful, red-orange Thunbergia named "Sunny Susy" growing from a pot hanging from the front porch. I noticed it right away when I pulled in, and it made for a delightful welcome.
Every day of my stay, the crack maintenance team remade my bed and placed new towels and toiletries in my bathroom: always when I was out, so I could come home to fresh things! (Don't forget to tip them, folks!)
The lovely woman at the front desk who checked me in and out without an issue had a marvelous sense of humor and showed me great kindness. Kindness goes a LONG way with me. I felt instantly at home. Also, I got to meet her dog Max, who had a lot to say to me! 😄
