Elegant two bedroom apartment with 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. This apartment still has the decorated original ceilings, and mosaic floors.
Each bedroom has one double bed (140x200cm and 135x190cm) and the sofa-bed in the living room is 135x190cm. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people. Though, the occupancy of 4 would ideal.

There is a private terrrace with table and chairs.

Great location for tourist hop on hop off. One of the toilets did not work and there was a foul odor ended up opening window and door seem to help a bit.

Lovely trip to Barcelona
Tout était parfait! L’appartement où il est situé très central. Nous pouvions marcher à toutes les attraits touristiques. Beaucoup de restaurants et petits cafés à proximité. Le seul petit bémol, j’ai trouvé pour mon goût à moi que le matelas dans la chambre des maîtres était un petit peu trop mou. Sinon ce fut un merveilleux voyage. Liliana est disponible pour tous tes questionnements. Nous avons adoré. Nous y retournerons c’est garantie!

Great spacious place with loads of original character in the most central area of BCN. Able to easily walk to any neighborhood for food, sights, etc. Loved the patio! Would stay again for sure.

Great place in a great location!
The terrace apartment is perfect for a visit to Barcelona. It's centrally located close to all the main districts, conveniently located to the Metro, and everything you need to enjoy your visit to this magnificent city. If we are fortunate to return, we would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location in Barcelona

Apartment was clean and conveniently located for sightseeing. Online description was accurate. Beds are small compared to U.S. standard as expected. Best suited for 2-3 people. Outdoor terrace was a bonus!

Property had some quirks (none of the storage had shelfs, making it difficult to unpack suitcases during a long stay) and the bed in the smaller bedroom felt like it was little more than a box springs (we solved it by using the couch cushions). But the location was unbeatable; you are within walking distance of La Sagrada Familia, two other Gaudi buildings, the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla, (and if you don't like walking you are close to bus and metro stops). The deck allowed us to enjoy the evenings when we stayed in (as well as made it easier to dry laundry). Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Barcelona.

Fantastic spot in an energetic yet quiet part of the Eixample
We very much enjoyed our stay at this flat—once we got our bearings between seeing as much Gaudí as we could fit into 3 days, we found we could pop over to the Carrefour market in less than 10 minutes and walk back with whatever groceries we needed. On our last day in town, we ventured out to the Ramblas/Boqueria Market/Barri Gòtic and left with a MUCH deeper appreciation for the location of our stay. The amount of people out and about there vs. our neighborhood does not begin to compare! The terrace is lovely, but the room leading out to it with a small dining table and couch is where we spent most of our time, eating fancy yogurt and catching the breeze. We didn’t cook much, but we could have—the kitchen was set up not for elaborate dinners, but certainly for all the basics that make life easier: Toaster/microwave/electric kettle/electric range and oven. Recycling bins are within eyesight of the front door. I would most definitely return to this property for my next visit to Barcelona!

Needs work. Dated, dark and ragged with minimal amenities.
Overall, the place is dark, dated, ragged and in need of renovations. When we arrived the apartment smelled of sewage which the property manager said is the way all buildings smell. Not only untrue, but no effort was made to deal with the odor. In addition, the apartment was not clean (there was trash under one of the beds), the refrigerator did not work, leaked and had to be replaced during our stay. In addition, other kitchen appliances did not work. The apartment itself is a bit dated with ragged furniture - the couch is a bit worse for wear and the table on the sun room starts to come apart if moved. There were very few amenities- the towels were bare minimum, there were no blankets and minimal kitchen items to cook with. It is also very dark inside minus the sun room on the back. Overall, despite the best efforts of the housekeeper to make the place cleaner, our stay was disappointing.

We had an excellent stay, very convenient location!
We stayed for a few days and had easy access to getting around the city. Having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer was super convenient. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the space.

Old but very clean.
The apartment is old but has been updated with 2 small bathrooms and a newer kitchen. It seemed very clean. Also nice, the washer/dryer. The location is great for sightseeing. The electronic lock is also nice for peace of mind about robberies, etc. The building has a lingering odor much like sewage though. I think the owner should replace the couch in the family room with a hide a bed to increase # of people it sleeps.

The space is just like the pictures. Great patio and rooftop. You have everything you need in the apt. The smaller room has a window that is direct to the elevator / laundry hall, so constant sounds early morning. If you are not a heavy sleeper this might be an issue. Great place in the heart of BCN
This is a generously sized flat with lots of charm. The sunroom and terrace are wonderful escapes from the city or great places to work or dine. The location is truly perfect if you are excited about exploring all corners of the gorgeous city, not just the old city. The hosts are very communicative and accommodating. Hope to come back!

Authentic Barcelona stay
Walking into the building and apartment unit, you can feel the vintage patina of a unique style of a different time. We had an unforgettable stay and time in Barcelona. Walk out to the back terrace and you get the authentic feeling of true Barcelona living as families are line drying their clothes and as you hear the chatter of women speaking Catalan. During our longer stay, we even did a couple loads of laundry and had groceries in which the full sized fridge made us feel right at home. Thank you again for the hospitailty~
