Easily located off the highway. Stayed in the deluxe suite Rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable. The room was clean check in was easy staff were friendly and helpful. The area was a little questionable with people walking around but the are overall was quiet. Really enjoyed our stay and have already booked our next outing at the same hotel.

Disappointed.

Was an OK stay. Was a 2 night get away with my husband. Signs all over that was newly renovated our room certainly was not. Room was tired and needs some loving, The sink in our bathroom didn't not drain well all at all. We did mention this on check out. We got a room with a jetted tub. Again was very tired looking and 3 of the jets were not working. Was disappointing. Breakfast was very disappointing. We decided to pay the 8 dollars each and upgrade on the free. Do not do this. First off no ham. Eggs were just warm. Potatoes were obviously pre cooked and barely warmed up. No decaf coffee. My husband drinks this for medical reasons. We have stated here before but pretty sure we will not be staying here again.

Room with noise from hwy 400

We stayed in room 324, king size bed and jet bath. The room was big, clean, and nice, however very noisy at night. It did not have sound proof windows, even if facing busy hwy 400. Huge disapintment. Not recommended.

This resort was very old but the front desk treatment I and my fellow travellers received has made it so I do not want to stay there again. I should not have to listen to an employee discuss business duties with her college about missing money while checking me into my stay. That is not my concern and certainly something that head office would want to be out there. It made me uncomfortable to the point I even questioned if my stay would be reflected correctly on my credit card. This same front desk employee was working during my stay and check out which was met with each interaction of an unhappy person who did not want to attend to any of my needs when asking questions as if I was inconveniencing her. I am just disappointed I spent so much money to have my stay ruined by this employee. The other employees on the site were very nice but when your front desk person is treating all visitors poorly sadly it reflects poorly on all. I am not alone in my complaints as there were other staying at this hotel at the same time and confirmed the concerns to the point this was a heated exchange with this employee and another guest that resulted in that employee embarrassing the client.

We had a Queen Bed and Jacuzzi tub room which was nice but it had about a five foot diameter circular window looking out along an illuminated exterior wall of the hotel and it had see through drapes which let the exterior light into our room all night. A pull down blind over it could solve the problem.

Thoughtful and Friendly Staff

Very clean, staff were friendly and thoughtful. With a cast on my foot they put us in a 1st floor room and let us into breakfast when we were a few minutes early.
