The location was easy to find. The desk clerk was nice and professional- made sure to inform us of all the accommodations. The room was at a nice temperature and clean. The beds are the best! Our last night we stayed in for few drinks - Kelly (bartender) was sweet! For a two-night stay- it was a great stay.

We used digital key to check in which didn't work. There was a lovely girl from housekeeping that went and got us keys to our room. Our room was very dark. The lighting in the room was horrible even with all of the lights on. On night one I was sitting in the chair next to the bed and a huge bug flew out from under the bed. It scared me because it was completely unexpected. After looking around the room we discovered big black dead flying crickets in the bathroom, closet and in the corner by the lamp. Completely disgusting. Everything seemed worn-out. We paid over $200 a night for this??? I thought it would have been nicer. Would not stay here again.

Upon checking in, I was told that they oversold the hotel and the room type I booked was not available so I was downgraded. There was also no maid service performed at all during my stay.

The staff was visibly confused by a new system that they advised they were not trained on so the check-in process was confusing and took much longer than it should have. The room and general condition were nice, except for rusty fixtures in the bathroom. The phone in the room was also not connected, which seemed strange to me.

I was locked out of my room for an hour the staff did comp me a drink and some food. The shower had mold in several places in it. Their is a train track directly beside the hotel which a train came through at 2:00 am and the breakfast buffet had very little on it.
