The noise from other patrons above our room was non stop from 3pm to 1 am. Lots of heavy stomping and banging and yelling. Did not get much sleep.

Side door doesn’t lock and the key scanner is just hanging there with open wires. This doesn’t provide you with a safe environment feeling. Hotel smells awful. From what I am told it is all the cleaning supplies the new owners of the hotel chain uses. It’s horrible and someone should make some changes. Shower tub was slippery. Again, maybe the cleaning products? But thankfully I didn’t fall. Lastly, maybe this is a personal opinion, but the pillows were so uncomfortable. They were undersized for our bed size and just really not comfortable. If we go back, we will bring our own.

First of all I booked through hotels.com, I tried 3 different numbers(numbers on google maps, their website and hotels.com all go to a call service) to get in contact with the actual hotel, none of which were to the property. The girl at the call service kept saying they had no payment or reservation on file. They finally found my reservation after 20 mins on the phone. I asked for a number directly to the hotel and she kept giving me a call center number before she finally gave me the real number. I called to ask about an early check in as we had a wedding to attend at 3pm which is check in time the lady said she’d allow us to check in at 130 at an extra cost which I said was fine with. We pulled up to the hotel and it looked very unkept, over grown grass and a parking lot that was falling apart. At check in it took the guy 15 mins to find my reservation with my id in his hand, he kept asking for a reservation number which I gave and they said it was wrong but it’s what hotels.com sent me. When they finally found my reservation they never asked for a card for incidentals which was odd. They then said the room would be done at 3. I explained I called about early check in and the woman I spoke to said she knows but can’t guarantee our room is ready but was still willing to charge us $20. After 30 mins they finally came out and said they have a room for us. The room smelled strong of bleach. I went to shower in the morning found clumps of hair in drain and spiders in tub.

Nice location and decent stay
This is well worth the price. Value is good for single parent family. Breakfast was awful not enough staff. Not much selection ran out of food, coffee and counter was a mess and no one cleaned it up. Lady from the check in counter was very rude and not trying to assist the families with anything. Could def be better.

We checked in and went to see the room... sheets on both beds were filthy and blood stains... disgusting. The whole Hotel was in a state of disrepair. It was filthy, smelly,bed sheets behind the counter. Oh my God. It's the grossest thing I've ever seen. We stayed in the room three minutes and went downstairs and asked for refund.Absolutely TERRIBLE. wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody .. stains, rust, durt...the whole hotel should be burnt to the ground.

Much need of repair & TLC. Side doors entering building had no lock system, so anyone could come & go. Basic needs met- running water, flushing toilet, decent bed & AC. Did not stay for bkst.

This property was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The staff here are rude and their customer service is lacking. The rooms were so dirty, we couldn’t even take off our shoes because we were scared to let our feet touch the floor. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Best hottub suite that saved me tons of money
Cheapest I have paid for a jacuzzi suite In any of the hotels I stay at. They need to do an upgrade because furnitures has chunks tore out of chairs. Carpets had debris all over the place. The tv remote needed new batteries . The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful . That really made my trip. That’s very important .
