The storm drain in the parking lot is sunk in and needs replacement

Linens were dirty, lift is horrible and had a smell. Lobby had a stench, room itself had a weird smell. Had to adjust as there was no option left. Found lady bugs in room, hair on towels and bedsheets. House keeping cleaned the next day and made it bearable to stay. We used the place just to sleep at night.

Staff were very nice. Found an old sock in a drawer and an opened lotion bottle in the nightstand. Didn’t open any more drawers. Some hair in the bathtub. Bed was comfortable. Wished there was a firm pillow. Breakfast wasn’t great. Staff were very nice tho. It was meh. No bugs or anything which was good.
