Room had musky smell and black mold. Outside door lock and card was broken and door held open with stone and zip tie. Cleaning lady was good. Front desk staff was not active, except for on iPhone

Great service by Traquencia at Front De. Very helpful and good breakfast. Location on I10 is convenient with Walmart, Sams Club, Gas Stations and restaurants in close proximity.

My room had 2 TVs and neither one of them worked. My in room phone did not work. I logged in to my Netflix and wasn’t able to log it back out after downloading a universal remote app on my phone to use the tv. There was dirt and trash behind the nightstands. The bathroom tissue holder was broken.

I visit Baton Rouge twice a year and keep going back to this hotel. It has a kitchen and I can buy food from Wal-Mart, just 0.25 miles away. There's a mall about 2 miles away. It's accessible to the I-10. The staff is friendly and the room isn't as humid as other hotels in Baton Rouge.
