The staff is AMAZING! I got there and the room that I had booked was not available. The staff immediately begin the process of issuing a discount for the smaller room and was pleasant during the entire experience. The lady that handled the breakfast was full of joy. She greeted everyone that came in with a huge smile on her face. All request made for towels and sheet were met immediately. The rooms however were NOT the best. They smelled like a combination of urine and cigarette smoke. The carpet was nasty and dirty and the windows were not insulated. We could hear every single car that went down the street. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom that needed to be fixed. The WiFi never worked! There were towels and bedding outside the doors that no one picked up. If the rooms and the property matched the staff this establishment would be 5 stars.

I stayed in room #111 during my stay from 8/1/2024-8/3/2024, and the complaint that I have is that there was no phone in my ADA room, there was an immense amount of grime on the shower head, the sheets, comforter, and pillows had long brown hairs embedded in them. The staff and the grounds keeping was nice!

Would not return to any hotel within this chain.
Starting with the check-in, we were told that since we booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com)we had to pay $150.00 security deposit, which we have not gotten credit for since leaving 5 days ago. I feel like they discriminate against those who book online by providing least desirable room locations. "Swooshing" noise coming from toilet tank kept us from getting to sleep. Other inconveniences too numerous to mention.

Our hotel room was very hot. The main lobby did not have a working AC. The breakfast was not good and the juice machines didn’t work. Only one elevator worked. There were no sheets for the couch bed or pillows. To top it off there were roaches in the room.
