Highly recommended
We choose this hotel for our three year wedding anniversary stay. It was affordable, in a safe area, had a clean room and easy access to the Mall of Louisiana and other shopping areas. We were also greeted and checked out by Randy who was very welcoming and let us know that if we needed anything to let him know. Great breakfast. Thank you Randy and the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend!!!

1 night was enough.
They have try to update the hotel (remodel) but it’s been done very poorly. My room was clean but I felt like it was held together by paint and glue. The lobby also had a very strong smell that I didn’t care for.

This place was a joke...I arrived and there was a guy hanging around. Not thinking that he was the front counter guy. When I walked in there was no one at the desk, the guy that was outside then walks in and says who hello. I was like umm hello. I was shocked because he wasn't friendly outside. We had to climb three flights of stairs because the elevators were broken. We then get to our room. They had pubic hair all over the floor. The bathtub stayed clogged and would drain the toilet didn't flush well at all. And we were 3 adults and 3 kids. We only had 3 big towels for 6 people. When we went down to ask for 3 more big towels and 6 face towels, we were told no that, that was all they had. Like really a whole entire hotel; with no towels. And the lady in back of me in line also was there for towels as well. And all the worker would do is laugh at us. We will never stay in this place ever again, very disappointed.

The photos were very misleading. This facility is very old and dated. The room had stains in the carpets, the furniture was worn out, the counter tops were scratched to the point that the finish was peeling off, the caulking around the tub was stained, and just the smell of the room was something like from the 1970's. 10/10 will not stay there again

Staff was great: check in and check out. The room was clean but big hole in the wall of the closet, closet door didn’t close. Different color paint patch on the wall. The mini fridge didn’t set good, when you opened it, the whole thing would come out. The trim in the bathroom needed to be repaired. The stairs were covered in rust.
