My hotel stay was okay, however it is suggested that the hotel upgrade their old mattresses. The mattress in Room #1210 is very lumpy. Further, why would there not be cigarette disposal ashtrays outside the building - so people don't have to walk through littered areas. Even though you say this is a "non-smoking" property, people are still going to smoke outdoors.
