This property is in the best location in Big White. You can ride to the closest chairlift from the hotel door; you can walk to the nearby bars and restaurants. From my room, I could see the gondola that takes you to happy valley and the CAF (cafeteria). It is older. eg bar heater that needed tweaking by maintenance, the shower pipes make a squawking noise, but the window has priceless views. Overlook the dated furniture for being close to the slopes at an affordable price with the friendliest staff
The hotel staff was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, the ski locker room and parking garage were convenient. The Bullwheel restaurant/bar on site are great. But, what I liked best was the location in the Village! I'd go again!
We had such a great weekend for my sons 3rd Birthday- the hotel staff were BEYOND amazing and so helpful kind and friendly and went above and beyond making sure our stay was amazing. Thanks so much to the staff you guys are the best! we will definitely be back.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quite large and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was very basic and dated but very clean. The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and the staff at the restaurant were so friendly.
Basic rooms but very clean. Beds were a bid hard. Great location, right in the heart of the village.

Great skin-in-out!
I stayed at White Crystal Inn. for four nights. The location of the hotel is fantastic, providing the luxury of skiing right to the hotel door. I liked how the skis can be left in a locker instead of the room since this avoids some of the wet mess or possible accidents related to this hassle. The room was very clean and the furniture was adequate and functional. The staff was fantastic both at the reception, and restaurant downstairs. The only thing I would recommend is for an upgrade to the door locks. The hotel is still using old key locks which are easily lost and cost a lot more to replace. Finally, I really liked the quite time policy which runs between 11pm to 7am. I would recommend this hotel to anyone skiing at big White.
Shared a premium room with another couple in a tidy, comfortable room with plenty of space for all our gear, that looked out right on to the slopes. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend. Walked out the door directly on to the skifield and could buy tickets and get bakery food next door.

Nice hotel near ski lifts
Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and very large. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet during the night.
Hotel was awesome! Very friendly staff, large room and couldn't have asked for a better location right in the Village. There are restaurants, shops, runs and the gondola down to the skating rink and tubing right outside your door. Loved having the free underground parking to leave my vehicle, since we walked everywhere it wasn't needed all weekend. The hotel is a bit dated but has a cabin like feel and suits a hotel room at a ski hill. Considering the price it was all around a great choice and I would definitely stay again!

Dated room lacking amenities
Dated furniture and room. Bed was falling apart. Could not ring reception from room. only one hot tub and no pool.
The room had a very strong pungent smell upon arrival - for a non smoking room, it was as if the cleaning crew oversprayed deoderant cleansing - all rooms booked so was impossible to change. This smell was really bad. and on a cold winter night we had to keep the window open. Not acceptable at all. There was no spacein the bathroom to place any cosmetics so we had to move a chair in there to place lotions etc on. Main door didn't close properly. Light to bathroom was inside on right wall which in the middle of the night was very awkward. Insufficient light in bathroom - when in shower it was very dark. Staff were pleasant, but overall for $150 per night, not acceptable.

Great location
The location was great we were able to get everywhere on the hill easily and you are right in the hu of the action in the village. Staff was friendly we would stay there again.
The hotal location is very convenient for the ski slopes as well as the village. The rooms were a very good size, although the bathroom was on the small side. Underground free parking was a real plus and they were very obliging in letting us leave the car after we had checked out to sneak in one last ski day! The only minor downside was that the TV is pretty tiny for a room that size, but that's not a big deal!

Great Location in Village
Great location in the middle of the village and very friendly and courteous staff. The hotel restaurant had great food and service well. The room provided was in need of updates. Bathroom door did not lock and shower made a terrible noise when in use and had no water pressure. Would definitely stay at this hotel again but would not stay in that room.
