I started out annoyed with this reservation, when it took 4 phone calls to get someone to answer. Then when I go to check in, they can’t find my reservation in the system and the front desk was just simply rude about it and made ZERO effort to contact Expedia or investigate further even though I showed her the reservation details. I ended up having to pay again and get a new room and get a refund from Expedia for initial reservation that they couldn’t find. $180 at this hotel gets you a filthy room and bathroom with the worst beds I have ever laid on. I wouldn’t feed the breakfast to my dog. Absolutely deplorable. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. NEVER AGAIN. Do better Days Inn. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Rooms are ok, the tvs could be updated, a lot of the tv channels were fuzzy, annoying. Breakfast buffet is ok but 2 hours prior to breakfast being over, no more replenishing it, meh

It turned out to be quite the inconvenience for me continuing my stay while at work, and I found one lady working the front desk was very irritable. The water in the room was extremely cold, and took forever to warm up, and every time I came back to my room after the day, room service would always turn down the heat, so it was an icebox when I returned

The TV in this room was absolutely terrible, be ready for only 12 channels That actually work. There’s probably four that are super snowy, and 10 that have an update information placard that you can’t get rid of on them.
