TV service is Aweful
For the price your paying per night, i Suggest they get into the 2000's with there TV service.. They have about 30 channels total and half French and half English. Please upgrade your TV listings fantasyland, its currently BRUTAL!!! at least get AMC channel..

This location is very convenient for not leaving the mall especially in the winter. They have great deals on park passes. The restaurants arent bad and the service at them was great. Unfortunately the rooms are very outdated and sub par in cleanliness. They smell musky and dirty. We had a smell of dog in our room. They ensured us animals were only allowed on the 4th floor. However we personally saw a person with an animal on floor 8. The room looks like they dont clean the walls or baseboards, possibly ever. The bathrooms are tiny. For how much they charge a night and how busy they are you'd think they shut down a floor at a time to redo everything. Its quiet shocking how unkept this hotel is. I definitely expected more for the price.

We had a brilliant night over there… Rome theme room was awesome.. we were little worries about cleanliness after heard reviews… But to be honest Room was superclean.. managable.. Especially Jacuzii was lit vibe.. we will definitely come back soon and book other theme.. Good experience

Everything was old and broken in our room. Safe didn't work, bathroom has stains, missing grout, faucets ready to fall off. Carpets are olda and dirty. The walls are all marked up. I've stayed in third world countries that have nicer rooms.

Roman theme room
Roman room was impressive. Apples and cookies given at check in. Check in was fast. Jacuzzi tub worked great. Bed was hard and not as comfortable as home. Shower was aesthetically pleasing and worked well. Room service food was quick and also delicious. Check out was quick and easy.

The elevators are so slow considering they have four (one out of order) wait times at least 30mins at times. So hit in our room; maintenance came then was freezing. Asked for daily room cleaning; never came the last 2 days - had to ask for more towels. Unfortunately wouldn’t want to stay again . But considering it’s the only hotel attached to the mall that’s a nice convenience
