We took our son to Italy for graduation gift -the farm was a last minute stop-of btw Florence and Coritina Dempazzo. We also went to Venice and Cinque terre. I asked him what was favorite part of whole trip he said, “the farm”! Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff. The food prepared on the grounds was delicious! It’s rustic for sure. No luxury! But if you want an authentic Italian experience this is it. It was like staying with friends. So relaxing.
We had an amazing time in casa so bertoldi and really would have loved to stay longer. The staff was absolutely lovely with us. We recommend!!
Only negative point : It is a bit complicated to reach if you only count on buses.
For an out the way place with quiet and peaceful surroundings, this is the place to be. Very rustic but comfortable and clean. The staff are very nice and the food at dinner was fantastic. Thank you.
This is a lovely agriturismo on the outskirts of Belluno, about a 10-15 minute drive into town. Rustic and charming, lots of character. Only downside was my lack of Italian which made telephone and in-person communication a bit challenging.
We had a lovely stay. This rustic farm serves a delicious, fresh breakfast. It's in a beautiful, scenic location outside Belluno. You do need a car to reach the location, but there is plenty of free parking.
The day starts with Luisa's fresh croissant and home cured salami. Excursions into the awesome rocky Mountains or to Lac de Mis for an invigorating swim . Then back to the casa for a superb meal al fresco served by the ever smiling Monica ..what more could one want how I wish we were back there!
Highly recommended! This is a nice little farm-turned-B&B away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very clean, quaint room in a restored barn. Views of nearby mountains are incredible. The host is fantastic. She was so gracious as to make us a large and tasty home-cooked meal on what is typically her night off (a miscommunication on my part), and she did so with a smile on her face.
My only tips is to rent a car if you stay here, as it is away from town. A taxi worked fine for me and my two travel companions, but we were only there overnight and it could get pricey if you plan to stay longer and do any nearby activities.
Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend but the apartment was a warm and relaxing place. The nearby town was easy to access and had good shopping. The several old buildings and antique farm equipment were a great setting. There were farm animals to visit. It had large terraces which would be nice in good weather.
Razoável! Chegamos e não tinha ninguém para nos receber. Nos levaram até no quarto mas não nos explicaram nada. Na hora de ir embora nós que tivemos que ir atrás. Não tinha sabonete. A cama de solteiro era muito desconfortável.
The place was really cute and the lady owning it made us a wonderful breakfast in the morning and suggested where to do. The place we went ended up being the favorite of our trip. The place was clean, in a great location and overall cozy.
