Don’t arrive early!!!!
We got there 2 hours prior to check in time of 3 pm, we were told we could check in but had to PAY 25.00 to do so. I asked if our room were ready and was told curtly yes. The young lady at the desk wasn’t nice about anything!!! Since we didn’t have anywhere to go we paid the additional $25, but she told us we had gotten a very good rate as it was, so I guess she was upset that we had gone through Hotels. Com!!!!

The ability of a customer shuttle for the airport and the bus station was ideal! I do wish they'd continued with the shuttle service for shopping areas nearby however, as the hotel is located on a road that is NOT walkable at all and very highway-like with speeding traffic.

Good location, nice clean room, busy hotel!
Overall, a nice clean hotel not too far out from Boston. I will say this was the busiest hotel I’ve ever been to. You couldn’t tell once inside your room, but the front lobby and elevators are constantly busy. Also, we chose the hotel for their pool, and it was closed for our stay. None of those things were dealbreakers, but still worth a mention!

Surprised by how pleasant it was! Enjoyed a simple dinner that was just what we needed after a long flight. Breakfast also very good. Wonderfully comfortable beds!

We stayed at Hampton Inn at the start of our journey and it was excellent in every way. We stayed at Hampton Inn at the end of our journey for two nights and it was not as perfect as the first stay. During the second stay, we were not issued the parking pass and had to pay directly at the parking gate, the bar/restaurant at night was on overload...to many people wanting food and drink and only ONE person to help everyone. Not his fault...but management should take note!

Close to the airport, clean, and comfortable. The staff were nice and the breakfast was solid. The shuttle service needs better instructions for where to access it and waiting for 40 minutes after an 11-hour flight was not great, but once I was there, I was pleased with my stay.
