I called up to 10 times to be collect from the airport, was no answer and when they responded they said they will call me back! Never did, I had to call Uber to get to the hotel ok that’s no problem, at the reception very bad service one of the concierge keeps staring at me I I was scared and and comfortable to stay in this hotel

It was ok but there was construction. I changed to Shivas Galaxy but was till charged for two nights at the gateway. And then the night at the Galaxy. It seemed today much of a hassle to try to sort it out!

Shivas gateway is located within 10 mins drive from the BLR airport. GM Mahantesh and team provided excellent support for my elderly parents right from picking them from the airport and dropping them next day back to BLR airport.

A very good hotel
We three adults stayed in a room with extra bed. Room was clean and services were good. A restaurant is in the hotel. It is located on airport road, about 4-5 km from Bangalore airport. I can comfortably recommend for pleasant stay. Cab service is available in the hotel for pick and drop to airport. Other cab service is also available.
