So the stay was good the only question I had is when they ask for your card for a deposit and will be refunded after stay be aware that they charge over 16.00 a day for resort fee. That was not told to us , it was told to us that it would be fully refunded.

Didn’t meet my expectations for the price.
I’ve been here many times but this was my first time staying at the hotel. I will not waste my money to stay again. It wasn’t the cleanest. We had to call for clean pillow cases. The condition of the room wasn’t great. The beds were older. I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub but the pool and hot tub were disgusting. Very very dirty. We did lay out on the chairs which was nice but the the pool condition was a huge disappointment

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The casino was typical. Dragos was wonderful for an upscale restaurant. The breakfast sandwiches at the casual snack restaurant were very good. The only thing is I expected a resort type pool since they call themselves a resort. That was a letdown.

There was problems with the electrical outlet and television in our room. We asked to change rooms and were told they were at capacity. Then they sent maintenance up to correct the problem. However it was an inconvenient time and they be ignored the do not disturb on our door. Not once but three times. We also had issues with the elevator doors not opening.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. my stay was for 6 dsys and i was put on the 12th floor where construction was being done on the floor above, i work the night shift. I requested a room change, and yhen their service changed also
