This hotel is less than 5 minute walk away from two shopping centers and 10 minutes from subway station. Restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast is good and generous. One of the three elevators was not working during our four-day stay. The staff acted more like immigration officers. Unfriendly and rude. There is no snack bar as listed in Expedia. No water is available after breakfast time.

Hotel in very good location, rooms fairly small as expected from the reviews but not a negative at all, perfectly adequate, beds comfy, good value for money, well located near alexanderplatz, easy to get around. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful holiday at H2. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, a wonderful range of hot & cold food, salads, breads etc. The restaurant also was very good. Pasta, pizza, wraps . Transport was excellent and 10 min walk from station.
