This is a catfish
Listen I planned this trip months in advance and booked this room because of the images listed and the reviews being high. When I ubered to this location the area felt sketchy, lots of people outside wandering around, the hotel felt like The Shining. All of the photos look nothing like the in life rooms. Staff were super nice but I left within 30 minutes of being there. Per the staff the “photos online are the new rooms that are upgrades” it felt like a scam. Don’t stay here. I would not recommend to anyone I attached below a photo of the ACTUAL room

The hotel is a little tired, in need of some TLC, but was adequate for a short stay. No aircon or fridge in room, also no coffee/tea making facility although there is a coffee machine in the lobby. On the plus side breakfast was good and the reception staff seemed to be on the ball.

Worst property ever. Never going to stay here. The rooms are shady, lobby smells like cigarettes, and rooms are closer phobic. The property management are inconsiderate and left as stranded at the middle of night.

Hi was very bad experience, in 7 days stay in the hotel my room has not been cleaned, no one's. And most of the staff don't speak English. I feel like i been scams €559. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel was nice and in a good location. The staff was excellent. A garage with plenty of spots and a good price. The room is small and as a tall man, I struggle with the euro beds being put together

Hotel stuck in the 60s
No wifi in the room. Single blanket not even good (luckily it was warm-ish). Very few amenities. Pretty expensive for the service People at the desk were very polite and friendly. Other than that a very old hotel that need a lot of refurbishment

OK room in accessible hotel. Or youth hostel?
Big tourist hotel. Good accessibility next to U-bahn station Bulowstrasse. But you can also just walk into town if you like city walks. 24-hour reception. Clean room. Spacious bathroom. Avarage beds. A bit small. Extra bed for a child was a foldable sleeping chair. But not very comfortable. It was a warm spring weekend. The room was very hot. Unfortunately the Airco wasn’t working well and didn’t cool the room. The hotel was full of little children on sportscamp or something. They we’re running around and using the hotel as their playground. Felt like we were in a youth hostel.

SITUATED JUST OUTSIDE OF THE CITY ATTRACTIONS BUT VERY CLOSE TO THE UBAHN WHICH IS VERY USEFUL. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND POLITE AND THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS BUT VERY DATED AND THE FURNITURE / CARPETS WERE WORN. SET WITHIN A NICE AREA AND CLOSE TO AMENITIES SUCH AS A SUPERMARKET. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DATED, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
