One of the best prices in town. I believe only hotel with outdoor balconies. Hotel was clean, but building itself is old and kind of rundown. Needs renovation however staff does a.good job of keeping it clean. Lots of homeless/ druggies in area, but thats not the hotels fault.

1st Room 303 had broken latch on shared balcony and TV didn't work. 2nd room 315 bed comforter looked dirty and had a square cut out of it. On 3rd night 11:45 pm our entry door opened by key card by couple who had just checked in, front desk gave them the key card to our room. Luckily for all we were still up, putting a jigsaw puzzle together. Front desk clerk was either unable or unwilling to contact manager. We talked to manager 2 days later and she says she is refunding 1 night stay of our seven night stay.

The hotel was not clean. The room was nasty. Bed had food crumbs in it under the mattress cover. Sheets had stains on them. The floor wasn’t vacuumed like it should be. We drove there to celebrate our friends celebration of life from Bakersfield 5 hours and drove back home.
