We had an amazing week in this unit. It’s our second stay here and it did not disappoint. The condo is vet comfortably decorated with such a calming influence. Waking up to watch the sunrise is our favorite part of the day! Then the pool the beach great restaurants and boardwalk all in walking distance. Cannot wait to return!

Needs cleaning and updated kitchen

The location was great with beautiful view of the ocean. Sea Colony is great place for families with indoor and outdoor pools, great beaches, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Furniture layout was wonderful. Master bedroom mattress very uncomfortable. Overall quite dirty. Had to clean before could use bathrooms and kitchen. Black soot like material in master bath tub. Kitchen not well stocked if you want to cook. Need to bring simple things like potholders and everyday pans. Many of the pots and pans unusable due to burnt bottoms. Floors also sandy and dirty so had to clean.

Property nice, disappointed with accuracy.

The property was very nice, however, the main reason we booked in April (off-season) was because of the indoor pool that was listed. When we arrived, we paid for the recreation passes, but soon learned the indoor pool at the next door building was closed the entire week for renovations. This should have been disclosed prior to booking. When I contacted the owner, they recommended another indoor pool at a fitness center that was 1.5 miles inland with limited open swim hours. The bedroom layout/arrangement was also not as listed. There were actually bunk beds instead of a king bed that was listed. Overall, the place was lovely with an amazing view, but very disappointed that the property was not as listed.

Beautiful ocean front condo!

This condo was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. Everything was very clean. Appliances are modern and work well. I was pleasantly surprised that the elevator was fast and we rarely waited for it. Ocean views are fantastic. We also enjoyed a couple of the pools. It's nice to have options so we could choose a less crowded one. I have no complaints.

Perfect for 3 generations of adults

We were 3 generations and 3 couples of family with the youngest couple in their mid 20s and the oldest grandparents in their early 80s. The location was perfect to meet everyone’s entertainment and exercise needs. The beach, the gym, the tennis courts, and the boardwalk are all short walks away. No one needed to use a car for the entire week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Easy to work with owners

Likes: location, top floor, and local gluten free restaurants. There was enough kitchen pans etc to make things work… a couple of pans were clearly dirty. Master bedroom with bath and laundry needs a new mattress. There were 2 air mattresses… but one would not inflate…. It clearly has a big hole- probably where the band aid was positioned on the mattress. Great views. Only 2 parking passes….which isn’t an owner issue… but a resort issue.,..so much empty parking- but we were not allowed to rent another space. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
