Everything here is perfect! Came here for the Christmas holiday. There's an outdoor heated pool, need I say more? Okay, I will. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to just lounge around if you don't want to say in your room. Sunday brunch buffet, bottomless mimosas $20! You are 5 mins (walking) away from the village. It's just a really nice place to stay when you want to get out of Los Angeles. I'm already booking my next trip back!

Great staff and location but the hotel needs some upgrades. We stay here often and my biggest complaint is the mattress and pillows, they’re uncomfortable. Hot cocoa in the lobby at Christmas would be a nice touch. Decorations were lovely.

Loved it, will stay again!
The service was AMAZING! The room was a bit outdated and the ventilation could have been better, but the manager and girls at the front desk were phenomenal and went out of their way to accommodate a silly request of mine to make my wife happy (and they did!) We'll definitely stay there again, it's got to be magical when the snow hits.

It was very clean and comfortable. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant onsite. The building itself had minor updates that could be done. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We would definitely recommend staying there to others.
