The hotel is well located with many options for transport around and within walking distance to main landmarks. Located next to the old town it has plenty of dining options around. Lovely hotel room, very modern with great amenities. Frienly staff too - strongly recommend!

This is an excellent hotel for so many things. It is in the old part of the city which is lovely and you can drive to it and park nearby without having to enter the Low Emission Zone of Bilbao. But at the same time it's right across the bridge from the "new" city, and a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim and 30 minute walk to the ITSA Maritime Museum.

The location is phenomenal, was able to explore the whole Cusco viejo, Guggenheim, surrounding area on foot. The property is modern, quiet and very clean. Very safe surroundings. The room size was fine, very efficient layout.

This is my second time in the hotel and is a pleasure. The staff is so friendly, the area is perfectly centric and the rooms and common areas exquisite. A+. Great coffee too. The details are a must! The coffee, the water bottle, the toothbrush, fully appreciated.

While the location is great, this hotel has seen better days. Worn walls, linens, and furniture...this hotel is in desperate need of a face lift. Uncomfortable rooms. Breakfast is pretty basic.

Perfect location
Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located by the historic quarter and easy walk to most places. The room had some scuff marks on the wall at the entryway but other than that was great and as pictured.

Location of hotel is excellent for all parts of town. Staff pleasent and friendly with comfortable bed. However - room I booked was a 'city view' room and this is not what you get. We got a room that looking into a narrow street and not a view of the city - this also prevented any natural light from coming into the room. Extremely disappointing and not as advertised and room booked. Raised with hotel and response was not good. Was told city view is only a request that is made and given on availability. Breakfast is pretty average and there are not enough tables for all the guests - there where mornings when we where having breakfast on low tables that are not really suitable for eating breakfast (other than a coffee and a pastry). Overall - location is fantastic and the rooms are pleasent with comfortable bed - but due to the experience of the 'city view' room and lack of comfortable space in the hotel (the roof top bar was closed for our stay due to work being done and only advertised as open after 1700) - i would look to stay elsewhere in the city if i was to return.
