We stayed in room 909 platinum king city view. Overall, the room was fine. Loved the electric blackout shades and the walk in shower. The closet door was broken and wouldnt shut once opened. The people in the room next to us smoked marijuana am to pm and thats all we could smell in our room and in the hall. The bed was hard but that seems to be the case with a lot of hotels, so i dont worry about that much. Checkin and checkout was painless, parking was easy. Just got tired of smelling weed the whole time.

Big roomy rooms, comfortable beds. Restaurant selections were great. Food at the Half Shell Oyster Bar was INCREDIBLE, Giovanni, our waiter, was exceptional! One complaint--we ordered a non-smoking room, but with all the smoking in the casino it drifted into our room. Not bad enough to move, but not as fresh smelling as I would have liked. Also, we were not told housekeeping was on request and not a daily thing.

Excellent stay at Hard Rock Biloxi
Loved this hotel & casino. Nice gulf and pool deck view. Walking distance to nearby casinos, beach, museum, etc. Loved the room layout and the oversized spa-type shower. Attractive modern decor. Loved seeing all of the classic cars in town for Cruisin’ the Coast.

Nice location
The good things: This hotel is located on the river with lots of attractions nearby. The casino and several restaurants and shops are all in the same building as the hotel. The lady who checked us in was very nice and accomodating. The beds were comfortable. The not so good: The ice machine did not work. Room 301 had a slight odor but wasnt so bad that we weren't able to stay. It took a long time for the water to get hot to take a shower. This happened both at night and the next morning. Overall we would stay here again and do recommend it.

While the room was pretty clean, the furniture and fixtures are worn and need upgrades. Room was spacious. Shower and bathroom area were nice. Good mix of food options on property. Pool was a good size with lots of lounge chairs. As expected, casino was very smoky, but lots of play room. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
