well i wasnt over the top happy,internet shows 4 pools, theres1, room service if you need anything towels,coffee packets etc. notify front desk, monday morning i ask for some additional coffee,3 times monday i ask finally got coffee to the room tues afternoon. Hard rocks bar an grill the service was great

I recently stayed here at the Hard Rock in Biloxi. The parking is super convenient and the room was great. It was very clean and spacious and the view was absolutely amazing. The casino was fun too! I would definitely stay again, the next time I’m in the area.

Nice stay
It was our second stay there. The shower had more pressure than the first time but I wish you could just choose one nozzle and have more pressure. There were no ashtrays in our smoking room but they brought some promptly. Flickering light over dual vanity made us unscrew the bulb. I know this review sounds negative but we really did enjoy our stay.

I paid for water view but for street / parking lot which was loud. Expedia refused to refund me after I paid premium price for water view for 29 year wedding anniversary and we slept in queen bed rather king .. the whole trip was a fiasco and we spent over $1000 for 2 nights … very disappointing.. Expedia FAILED US!

The staff is rude and not helpful, mainly the front desk. We stayed in the royal tower king room and it was old and run down. The sheets had rips and stains in them, stains on the lamp shades, phone didn't work, the chairs had been removed, shower leaked, no water pressure, front desk was not helpful. Was told the seating had been removed b/c they were getting ready to remodel, the cleaning staff could not enter the room to redo the bed but they brought us fresh bedding and we could make our own bed. Would not recommend staying here..
