The hotel is not the nicest or cleanest hotel. Booked a room for 5 and only had 2 full beds. Only 3 towels and had a hard time getting more. Breakfast was good and the friendliest person was the person managing the breakfast area.

I had no problems with room or breakfast. I like the free breakfast when I travel with kids. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance. Next time will look for a hotel with indoor pool

Room was decent and worked for our group of four. Front desk staff at check-in could barely be heard and she made no attempt to interact in any way besides asking for my drivers license and credit card. One night we went to the front desk and asked for two towels and you would have thought we were asking her to make the towels herself. No hospitality at all.

The room was clearly dirty upon arrival. They said they would clean it but did not. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and she said she couldn’t do anything about that. Not great service, bed was soft but comfortable.

Good location for a reasonable price
Rooms could be updated but overall good stay. Clean beds and bathroom, staff was helpful when I asked about local restaurants and when I needed something printed. Location was good. Will stay there again next time I’m in Binghamton

Not Clean/Not Professional
If you’re looking to see professionalism at the front desk… it’s not there. When I got to my room, I had to ask one of the cleaners to clean the bathroom floor because it was still dirty. The towels were dirty. I wanted a drink from the snack bar and had it charged to my room the first time but than was told the second time that I have to pay cash. So I asked is there an ATM here and there’s none so it was pointless to have customers pay cash only if you do not have an ATM.
