Hotel was clean. Staff very competent. Breakfast was really good. Only complaint was night club music coming from somewhere keeping us awake until 2am..it was a Saturday but we were on 6th floor so shouldn’t have heard it unless super loud.

I’ve stayed on this property a few times before and the front desk seemed a bit frazzled with getting people to their rooms. Also they were not allowing early check-ins because they were completely booked.

This hotel is not made for families. First impression of the room was that there’s no frills. Average size but not well kept. Opened the curtains to see the nice river but the cobwebs outside were a distraction. Then the wall next to it had a spider and a moth that flew across the room, landing in the same wall. Had my son kill both of them. Then next to the bathroom wall, I killed another spider. Unfortunately, the entire hotel was booked up so requesting a change of room was not an option. Saw dark spots on the carpets…cigarette burns?! Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, there was loud music playing outside until 2am! Yes 2am! Windows were definitely not sound proof. Didn’t have a good sleep and unable to get late check out when I called in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. This will be our first and last time here. There’s one plus, the lobby was clean and much more modern than the rooms.

We got there at 2:45 pm. Most hotels have a 3:00 pm check in, which in and of itself is very late. We are performers and members of most large hotel chains, so we often are allowed to check in early. This hotel says you cannot check in until 4:00 pm. Which is not even a 24 hour stay if you’re staying one night. It’s not worth the money they’re charging.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet excellent. Only complaint was the pool was dirty with hair in the drains and a lot of bugs in the indoor pool. My granddaughter came out of the pool very upset.

Guest rooms need attention.
The room was a little run down, some items needed maintenance. A ripped shower curtain, corroding shower rod, some mold starting to grow around the grout in the bathroom and windowsill. The room definitely needed a deep clean and some care. The sheets were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel lobby and restaurant were well kept, and staff was friendly.
