Modern and comfortable rooms, in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything about this stay was exceptional from the service to the cleanliness of the room, to courteous service. My only issue was my flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived at the hotel at 7am long before my 2pm check in so I waited 5 hours in the lobby to check in because they said they did not have any available rooms yet.

Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi after a day of shopping or sight seeing. One particular useful feature in my room was the "Jack & Jill" wardrobe - can get access from both the bathroom and from the room - so no need to take clothes to wear to the bathroom.
