Areas that are good: 1. Good room rates 2. Love the ice machines/fish cleaning facility and pool area. Areas for improvement: 1. Bath towels are getting too small, never was this noticeable before 2. Guests reserving parking spaces by placing trash cans or other objects in parking spaces in front of their room. It would be nice if hotel staff could address this with these self entitled guests. Room 117 - bathroom exhaust fan needs service/lubrication - very noisy.

Great location.
Only issue we had was that we reserved a king bed and when we arrived they put us in a 2 queen, an ‘upgrade.’ We reserved the king specifically because my husband is so tall. And they would have charged the higher amount if we hadn’t said something. Location was great. Big pet lawn area.

The water boiler broke so we had no hot water and were told there were no room for upgrades. Then I was given the key to a room that was already OCCUPIED. I learned of this when I walked in the room and found someone else’s things. Very uncomfortable situation overall

Hotel was nice, but dated. The room lights couldn't have been much dimmer. Please, at least have bright led lights. My wife said that she felt she was sleeping on a wierd angle, meaning the mattress was old. You could tell that the hotel was really pinching pennies which shouldn't have been the case at $139 per night. Overpriced.
