Very responsive and communicative host. Property was well equip and we felt very welcomed to the home. We were able to make our Thanksgiving meal and enjoy a relaxing time. The hot tub was wonderful and available games and puzzles were great activities. We had a little confusion coordinating check-in as detailed arrival instructions came from an unfamiliar email and I initially deleted it. Highly recommend.

The lodging was very clean and nice and quiet.

A wonderful time. Walked all over the ranch. Did not matter if it rained or snowed, a nice cozy fireplace to warm up. We will be staying there again.

Wonderful property!! However, it is way in the back of the resort, which might be it's only weak point; it can take 12 to 15 minutes to get to the entrance of BB Ranch. That said, it is quite secluded with spacious surroundings. This home is graciously large and will easily accommodate a family reunion for four couples (4 bedrooms) and four kids (a fifth bedroom). We had seven adults and one baby... and a dog. You will not need to bring anything from your own kitchen; it's fully equipped! The garage is full of bicycles, swimming pool accessories, camping chairs, games, toys and a really nice ping pong table (which we had fun playing). There's even a free-standing basketball hoop. In addition, they have a very nice child carrier backpack; the owners really thought this through. I could say more, but my family kept telling me I could not have found a more perfect home. On a personal note, this visit was intended more as a fly-fishing trip to the Metolius River, but we thoroughly enjoyed the time at BB Ranch, and had a wonderful family dinner at the beautiful Lodge restaurant.

The outdoor space at this property was great with lots of seating, a hot tub and propane fire. We mainly cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed to make it easy. The house is in a great spot with easy biking distance to the meadow, lakeside pool and lodge restaurants. We loved everything about our stay just wish we could have stayed longer! Would love to return here.
