What I didn’t like:
1. When it was time for me to take a shower, I found that the conditioner bottle was empty. As someone with fluffy hair, I really need conditioner, but it was too late to do anything since I was already in the shower with wet hair. It seems housekeeping forgot to refill it.
2. They offered a complimentary breakfast, but the pancake batter was too watery. When we tried to cook it, the batter didn’t set properly because of its consistency. I had to track down the staff member in charge to get the batter changed and made thicker so it would cook properly.
3. The most terrible part of our stay was when I woke up in the morning and saw bloodstains all over the blanket. We didn’t notice it the night before because we were so tired and went straight to bed, but in the morning, when I opened the window curtain, it was clearly visible. This made me realize they aren’t changing their blankets or duvet covers. I took a picture of it and reported it to the front desk during checkout, but all I got was an apology: "I'm sorry that happened."
What I liked: The hotel staff, Tiffany, was very nice and friendly. She clearly enjoys her job and understands the needs of travelers like us. Upon check-in, she upgraded our room to a bigger one, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the blankets had blood stains.
