Good location for VT. Good breakfast. Unfortunately did not have bar soap but still good hotel for our stay!

Very poorly managed facility. We were not able to check in at the scheduled time at 3:00 PM. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. There was no soap in the rooms or available in the hotel. Very understaffed hotel.

There was no front desk staff when we checked in. They were outside smoking. We had a long wait befjre we spoke to anyone to get checked in. The first room we checked into was obviously smoked in and this was a non smoking hotel. The second room had goey stains are the carpet and there was a large wet spot on the floor. There wasn't any hand soap in either room we were assigned. The walls in the halls all had fresh looking patches as if there had been holes. The elevator was very rough.

Usually when I travel and the hotel knows I've driven a LONG way they let me check in early. Actually it says noon to 3 pm check in. I had to wait until after 3:30, as did a lot of other people. Spider in the bathtub, no hand soap in restroom.

Filthy carpet in the room, refrigerator did not work, no soap to bathe with. Had to go buy soap. The bathroom floor tile was broken.

Our bathroom did not have any soap! The room was nice, but the breakfast buffet was almost completely gone by 8;45. Very disappointed in breakfast.

The hotel itself is fine. Checking process was smooth. However the breakfast was very lacking. Items don't get replenished and simple thing like hot water for tea was never avail. If you are not looking for a breakfast. the location is great the rooms were fine (could use some simple maintenance in teh rooms)

The Breakfast was not very good. They were running out of food and no one was restocking it. No water at breakfast, hot or cold water. Did not give out enough towels and had to go ask for more. Bed was comfy and pillows were great. Location was good. Could be cleaned better. Staff was not very friendly and often not at the desk.
