Our first time in Brugges, and our first time at Hotel Dukes' Palace, and both were wonderful. The hotel's location and sense of 'place' are unbeatable, and our room was comfortable. But it was the people that truly set it apart. During our stay, we made several requests of the top-notch hotel staff and they consistently exceeded expectations. We have a world of travel options before us, but we are already planning to return to Brugges, and will certainly stay at Hotel Dukes' Palace when we do so.

Stayed for four nights. Property is wonderful. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Ate at the restaurant one night and it was superb. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with tons of options. The garden was beautiful, the room was more spacious than I expected and had a nice view. Daily room cleaning was always done well. If you are using public transport it is a five minute walk to the bus stop, which is one stop to the train station. Everything around the hotel is walkable with dozens of food options within a short walk. The hotel is set back from the main street so it is quiet. A fantastic stay.

Beautiful property. Super comfy bed. They forgot to put some toiletries in the bathroom but we were there for one night and I am sure they would have put some in the next day. Happy the bar was still open when we arrived. People very friendly. Good quality breakfast but lighting in eating rooms could be a bit warmer.

This hotel is in the most perfect location. Rooms are charming but not very well functional. For example, there are no wall electrical plugs in the bathroom, by mirror. I had a curling iron and had no way to use it.
