This was my second time at this property and I was disappointed. After helping my son move into an apartment until after midnight my wife and I looked forward to sleeping in the next morning. Before 7am extremely loud construction started for a new hotel immediately outside our window. There was no mention of construction on either Expedia or the Graduate web site. This looks to be an ongoing issue for some time so I would be very hesitant to book here if you plan to sleep past 7am. When I talked to the front desk the next morning I received a basic “nothing we can do, sorry” reply. I understand construction is inevitable but you need to let people know this may be an issue. Do better.

Can't miss place to stay!
The place to stay close to campus. We were moving our daughter in for law school and this was close to everything - campus, restaurants, her place. Rooms are very well decorated, unique, comfortable, and best location. Will stay here again.

I love this hotel. I never slept better in my life. The pilllows were the bomb. It’s super quiet. The design is an amazing feat. Combining all this gingham and grandma trinkets with a modern edge. The excellent coffee shop attached. Shout out to the door men who opened the door EVERY SINGLE TIME. Nice fitness machines. 5 stars. Can’t say a bad thing about it. The peonies on the view terrace!! Arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk person couldn’t have been nicer!!

This is a beautiful hotel, located right downtown in the is wonderful college town. Rooms are decorated with creativity and color, such a happy place! Comfortable bed, great check-in, easy parking - we’d never stay anywhere else if we come this way again!

**Graduate Bloomington Review** I recently stayed at the Graduate Bloomington and found the room to be very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. However, the experience was marred by the staff's lack of friendliness and warmth. As someone visiting the college, I expected a more inviting atmosphere, but the staff didn't seem welcoming or accommodating. While the hotel itself is lovely, the staff's attitude towards guests, especially those visiting the college, leaves much to be desired.

From the moment I arrived at The Graduate, I received wonderful service! Kelson helped me with my luggage without hesitation, and the staff members were friendly and lively during my check in. When I was checking out at 3am, the front desk staff member was helpful in making sure the driver could reach my room and help with my things. Wonderful experience!
