Great Hotel
I have stayed here many times. The front desk was very nice and helpful she even offered extra towels at check in seeing we had children with us. Rooms are large which is perfect for traveling with children. I appreciated the rooms being carpet free due to allergies. Pool area was great. Breakfast offered many choices potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy. Couch in room needs to be replaced though.

Wonderful hotel
Check-in went very smoothly. When the lady at the counter, so there were three of us, ladies, she immediately gave us towels, we did not have to ask for more later. Very friendly and courteous. The room is very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Had a closet that you could’ve used for multiple people for multiple days. Bathroom was very comfortable.

it was a late night and needing an easy on / off the hwy.. didn't need much but the place was very clean, big room, good shower and very good "free" breakfast.. i would stay there again..

Felt comfortable sleeping at the hotel, beds were clean, staff were nice; buts there are lots of signs of wear and damage to paint, carpet, etc. Most issues were just aesthetic. The floors in the room were a bit sticky. Breakfast in the morning was pretty minimal and staff was hard to find so things just kept running out (coffee, drink machines, etc.). Not great but sufficient.

Our room was dirty. There was stains on the bedding, bugs crawling on the bed and garbage left in the nightstand. We actually never stayed in the room as I requested a refund and we went to a different hotel. Plus, there was no manager on duty, just one front desk worker running the entire hotel! I can’t believe Wyndham actually has their name on this place.

UNHELPFUL AND LAZY WORKERS
The desk clerk did not assist us when checking out her name was kim. Her, the clerk for breakfast area and another lady with pink or purple hair were in front of the building outside. They saw me standing at tge desk. When I looked at them they walked away from the door smoking. Then I went outside and asked was there anyone working the desk and Kim said nope and then processed to laugh. I asked her to repeat what she said and she did laughing again. Then I asked her her Manager's name which is Jamie. Then I told her to be mindful of how you treat your guests cause you never know who is in the hotel. Also before we checked out the waffle machine was out of mix. I asked kim who was in the breakfast area to advise the cook no more waffle mix. Then my husband had to ask. 10 minutes later she comes and add the mix after a smoke break. I hope this message gets to corporate cause they will not answer my calls.
