The staff was very friendly and it was mostly a lovely stay. The only complaints were that the room was very cold and heat didn’t work well, and the soap gave my partner a rash
I went right to bed when I got there and didn't notice this until morning when I was about to check out (at 6am) but whatever was on the door frame really shouldn't have been. I almosted vomited.
Our group had 3 rooms for a family event in the area. We really liked this hotel a lot because it is pet friendly so we could bring 2 well behaved dogs. There is a convenient area across the street equipped with bags and a trash can when we cleaned up after our dogs which was great. We had 1 significant disappointment however. We were told room service was every other day which was fine with us. We got no room service for any of our rooms the entire time! We stopped at the front desk to inform them 3 times and were basically told nothing we can do except inform housekeeping. They did give us clean towels and a box of kleenex for our room when asked. We stayed 4 nights with zero room service.
Nice and clean facilities. Staff was super friendly! Only thing that wasn’t great was the shower head - it was a little dirty

Terrible experience
Reserved 2 curved rooms. When checking in I was told there were none available after reserving 2 weeks prior and paying for them 2 wks prior. Check in was a mess. Once we get to our rooms, my in laws received a curved room (I paid for both rooms) yet we received a normal room. Still paid for 2 curved rooms. Staff is rude. One was actually in the back room screaming bloody murder like someone was hurting him. The bar tender said the person was just having a moment. It was a bit scary. Bar closed at 10:30pm without letting us know as we were sitting at the bar. Rooms are very dusty and terrible lighting. Paid way too much for crap service and crap rooms.
Very nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was good, but very basic. Parking in the garage across the street was fine, but I would not have wanted to walk that far in winter.
