I had to go to the front desk 3 times to fix a check-in error made by the hotel staff. I booked 2 premium rooms, but was given one standard room and one premium room. In addition, I realized that I was charged MORE for the standard room than the premium rate! This was the attendant's ERROR for giving me one of the rooms that I booked, and a room that was booked for a different guest who had the same last name as me.
*When I first went down to have it corrected, the attendant "thought it was settled" by now charging me for 2 premium rooms, but still giving us one only premium and one standard room. After waiting forever, I was so frustrated with his inability to fix the problem that I went upstairs.
*When I went down the 3rd time, he acted frustrated WITH ME because I was asking again to have my bill corrected to reflect the rooms that we received. After making several more mistakes (and another 20 minutes of waiting), it was finally fixed. This was ridiculous!!
*Also, the walls are very thin, and my dad and step mom were not thrilled to listen to their neighbor's hours-long lovemaking session.
