We arrived on the Labor Day weekend for the Sunnyside Wine Festival. We were impressed that the hotel was pretty empty. The room, 130, was very roomy and nicely furnished, along with the kitchenette, large refrigerator. The bathroom was furnished better than most 5-star hotels we've stayed in. It had a sofa for casual times. The morning breakfast was really upscale from most continental breakfasts that we've had in many other hotels. We plan to stay here again! And, this hotel was pet friendly. I had my miniature Golden Doodle.

CloudStrike Debacle
Outside of a lack of way to open the room( Cleark had to go and open for us using key everytime) because of the IT Cloudstrike issue our stay was perfect. The attendant went out of her way to open for us everytime. No Complains.

Wonderful staff and stay.
Great hotel for our evening entertainment at the Ford Idaho Center. Less than a 5 minute walk across the car park to the entry gate. The staff were amazing; unfortunately the electric key entry to every room was effected by the global IT outage so every entry was assisted by a member of staff with a master key. They were quick and wonderful about it. Would absolutely stay here again.
