This is kind of a weird property to begin with as the lobby isn’t connect to the rooms. They are in separate buildings. I didn’t love that, but it wasn’t the end of the world. But it just got worse. The area around our building was overflowing with trash for most of our stay. The room smelled like stinky feet and mildew. The layout of the room was awkward - the bathroom door opened just next to the bed. The refrigerator seal was falling off. They gave us two towels for a reservation of four and didn’t have any available when we stopped in the lobby to ask for more. They gave us ONE roll of toilet paper. Come on. If you’re going to say you won’t clean the rooms for 4 days or more, give more toilet paper! We went to breakfast a half an hour before it was over and there was no hot water for tea or pancake mix. It didn’t seem like there was ever any juice - just iced tea, which is kind of a weird breakfast offering. We requested more hot water/pancake mix at the front desk, but no one ever came. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and we are not swanky hotel people. I just want a clean, comfortable place to sleep. With toilet paper. The one thing I can say is that it’s close to the highway and a mall with a supermarket and restaurants.
