Just what we were looking for!

We’ve been coming to this area for years. This rental is - so far- our top choice!We love the amazing garden with lots of privacy. The pool is much larger than expected from the pictures. House is very well kept and wifey stole the one or the other decoration inspiration. Birds are chirping all day - pure relaxation.Love the office space you’ve set up for us. This was definitely not our last visit here….

Comfy cottage

Our 3 week winter get away was only made better by our stay at this lovely cottage. We immediately felt at home and comfortable by all the amenities. Marion and Rene are very responsive to any needs you may have. The outdoor pool area is very quiet and secluded. There are many good restaurants nearby and of course a fan favorite Royal Scoops ice cream just 0.25 mi away. The house is very comfortable with lots of areas to not be on top of each other. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils as well. Paying to heat the pool is a bonus we enjoyed every day! The neighborhood offers a beautiful environment for a morning walk, so many beautiful homes. We look forward to next years adventure in SW Florida.

Winter Getaway

Our stay at Bay Pointe Cottage was most ideal. The space is so welcoming, clean, cheery, peaceful and very beautifully appointed. The cottage is in a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all we wanted to see and do. The outdoor patio and pool area provided for a serene area to unwind and relax. Marion, the owner, is very hospitable, kind and easily accessible. Thanks so much, Marion, for making our Bonita Springs vacation so positively memorable.

Great vacation home!

Clean, well kept property with a great heated pool. Quiet neighborhood. Just a note for future guests - the house was not stocked with shower soap, enough garbage bags, or laundry detergent so make sure you stop by the grocery store for those things. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Bonita Springs

The cleaniness of the property was great. The bedrooms are good sized, has everything you need for in the kitchen for preparing meals. Lots of beach and pool supplies( just wish there had been a broom to sweep the deck and pool area for the seeds that are falling from the tree).The listing says it's 1 mile from the beach, however driving is around 2 1/2 miles. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely yes!

Such a beautiful place! So cute and cozy. Beautifully interior designed, clean pool, bedrooms were spacious, everything was clean. But my favorite - the infant items included! The crib was a HUGE bonus, the highchair, the toys, the beach and pool toys. The host is very responsive and respectful. We all enjoyed staying there, it was home away from home.

Over and Beyond

There was some subcontracting done on the pool and the company that was suppose to be done prior to our arrival was not finished. We immediately reached out to the owner and she went over and beyond to make it right. This does not always happen. We had an experience like this during Christmas and the owner did not do anything like this owner did. It was an amazing stay and when we come back, we will make sure that we stay in one of the owners properties. The home is beautiful, the outdoor space and pool are nice and relaxing, all the beach toys were great. We are so glad we found Bay Pointe Cottage. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful family vacation!

Tucked away Gem

We could not have found a better vacation home in Bonita for our family (1 grandparent, 2 adults, and 2 kids). First of all the house is SO cute. Beachy, but not overdone. The bedrooms are spacious, the living area is open, and the backyard space is incredible. The pool!! Wow. So perfect for my little fish. It's heated, which is so great - even in florida! The location is great. Right off a main rd (but very quiet!) and is centrally located - close to Bonita, but also close to vanderbilt. You can walk to the ice cream shop!! Runners, walkers, and Bikers - you will LOVE this location with how easy it is to run the neighborhood or bike down Vanderbilt Rd. 2 minutes from restaurants and the grocery store - you literally can't beat the convenience of this place. Also, their shed is well stocked with noodles, pool floats, and beach necessities! We had the BEST week and hope to stay here again!

Wonderful home!

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this lovely home. The house was clean, spacious and very close to the beach! Grocery stores, shops and many restaurants are right around the corner. Not to mention the ice cream shop right down the street. Owner was very accessible and replied quickly with any questions we had. For us, the star of the home was the backyard pool! We enjoyed it every day, all day long. It was everything we had hoped for as our three week Florida getaway rental!

Beautiful cottage near the beach

This beach cottage is in a quiet neighborhood but also very close to the beach. The location is perfect as it is just a few minutes to the grocery store and many restaurants. Also I must mention that there is an ice cream shop at the end of the block that you won't want to miss. Days that we did not go to the beach we truly enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool. We had stayed on Fort Myers Beach for many years and we were hoping to find a location that we would also love and want to return to each year. Needless to say we have already booked our trip to stay at Marion's beautiful cottage once again next year.

Lovely home, great location!

How could we possibly have any complaints when the ice cream shop is a block away? 😊 home is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and has super beach accessibility. Pool is great too! Even with ten days of crummy weather we were comfortable, and happy !

Amazing Rental !!!

We especially loved the large backyard with lots of privacy where we enjoyed the pool and had a nice family BBQ. The location of this rental is great, close to beaches restaurants and grocery stores. Barefoot Beach is a fantastic beach very close by. Unlike other rentals we have booked in the past, this one is bright with lots of natural light.. just what you want for a beach vacation. The tasteful, unique furnishing & decoration did the rest. It was spotlessly clean at arrival. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. We will for sure recommend this gem to our friends & family. Apparently the owner has more rentals in the area. We would absolutely book one of Marion's rentals again!

Perfect stay and excellent beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at Mrs. Bergs Beach Cottage! It could not have been more beautiful and comfortable for all our needs. The house is wonderfully decorated and the location was perfect, we immediately felt right at home... It is equipped with everything you need, from lots if kitchen supplies to lots of towels, bathroom supplies and everything was absolutely clean! The beautiful Pool with large garden and terrace and lots of space and beautiful beach chairs and loungers to chill on made this stay even more perfect for us, we enjoyed to fire up the grill and have dinner outside. The large entry and living room space and two sides for bedrooms makes this house perfect for families, it was huge for my husband and me! Nearby is a super nice Ice Cream store in walking distance, it was so nice to walk there after dinner! Everything was so perfectly detailed and beautifully decorated, I cannot wait to return!

Great stay!

We stayed for 5 days and had an excellent experience! The house was clean, well furnished and had a nice flow and was in a great area. The house had nice decor which made it feel like a home and not a hotel. The outdoor space is very private and sunny which made enjoying thr pool really relaxing. We traveled with a toddler and having a separate room with a crib was great so that we could hang out while she was napping. The owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. We'd definately stay at one of their properties again!

When booking a property with a pool, the direction it faces is important. This large pool has plenty of sun and a lot of lounging area. The host is most accessible to adjust the pool temp and schedule as needed. Comfortable home in a great location that is well stocked.

Beach Cottage Vacation

This was our very first time using VRBO, and we couldn’t have been more pleased!!! This was a fantastic experience and home !!!!! The decor was perfection !!! The house was equipped with ALL the necessities one would need for a long stay such as ours. The Pool is large and clean!! Beautiful outside area!! The house was clean and there were no cut corners , right down to the luxurious bedding. We will definitely be returning here as it is centrally located to all that Naples has to offer . Marion was a wonderful host and assisted us with all of our questions promptly. Beach necessities were even provided: umbrellas, lil cooler and toys. We made so many wonderful memories there and excited to return.

Wonderful

This cottage is well appointed, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated. The location is very convenient to beaches, dining, and shopping as well. Great ice cream shop walking distance from the cottage. The pool was refreshing and I love that 1/2 of the pool is shaded at the beginning, and then again at the end of the day. So you can move in and out of the sun as you wish. During these extremely hot summer days, that’s a bonus. We would recommend this cottage and we would stay here again.

Relaxing Vacation

Property was exactly as described - very clean, spacious, decorated beautifully and smelled lovely. Best VRBO home we’ve ever rented! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood which made it extremely peaceful when lounging by the pool. The pool was absolutely perfect and always warm like bath water. Marion was always available if we needed anything (which we didn’t everything was perfect). The location is also very convenient to the beach, children’s museum, shopping and several delicious restaurants. We look forward to vacationing at this home or one of their other properties again in the future!
