I would not stay here again. The lobby was beautiful but that’s where it ended. The photos are much better than the hotel itself. The pool was a huge letdown… it was like 3.9 feet at the deepest if I remember correctly. There were old , used pool toys floating in it and a huge smooshed spider on the wall. The beds were terrible with bad sheets and cheap over stuffed pillows that started giving me a headache so I had to just sleep without one. I could hear the neighbours clear as day, and they were up late when my kids had to be up early for a hockey tournament so it was frustrating to get them sleeping hearing the laughing through the wall every 2 minutes or so. There is only a breakfast buffet which you pay extra for. Unhoused individuals roaming the parking lot with shopping carts. The staff however was very kind and welcoming - 5 stars for them, but never again.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, I didn't require much, so not a lot of interaction with them. The breakfast was awful, I had to clean my own table, and the food at the buffet was cold. For $25/plate it was very disappointing.

Have stayed here a few times and really like the hotel. Close to everything I am there to do and walkable areas for outside dining. Beds super comfortable. Security out in parking lot made me feel more secure with vehicle.

The room had a sweaty smell and we couldn't switch rooms. We got attitude from the person who delivered our robes and the walls are paper thin. We could hear the TVs in the rooms on both sides at the same time. Never actually been in a hotel with thinner walls. Only good thing was the bed and how close it is to the 1881 District.
