My family and I stayed in the Superior room with a kitchenette. The room was smaller than your typical hotel room. The room did not have any drawers to put our clothes in so it was pretty tight with the pull out couch. The room was dusty and the bathroom was small and outdated. We thought it was expected to get turn over service after each night we stayed, however we were notified by the front desk the next day that we only get our room cleaned if we ask them to. When we did get our room cleaned, our garbage was not taken out, and our espresso was not refilled. Will not stay here again. I would choose a different hotel in Boston.

Nice hotel. Staff are gracious and accommodating. Our room faced the street and, because of how the street is built, sounds (people, garbage trucks, sirens) could really be heard in the room. Not the hotel’s fault, just a note. Rooms are clean but basic (which we didn’t mind). Complementary coffee downstairs is nice. Restaurant/pub next door was okay but didn’t stand out. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, museums, the park, markets etc. Streets are very quaint, very clean and very safe (day and night). A good location to stay if you are sightseeing. Thank you!
