everyone on the staff was so so friendly and helpful especially chris and tommy at the front desk. one person we encountered at the front desk was unbearable and so rude. the location is great and very walkable. it's close to transportation and the dining options around are nice. housekeeping came almost every day and they were so fast. we had a fantastic view of the bridge from our room as well. the area was quiet and we felt very safe during our stay.
