Great stay
Our stay was great. Soft and comfy beds made the night fly by. The cookies upon arrival and checking out were delightful. The water park was great for the kids. The food we picked up and ate in our room was hot and fresh (although slightly overpriced and they forgot my salad dressing). We would stay here again.

The stay was nice. The only thing negative I can say is that our the elevator, our floor (7) and room all smelled like old cigarette smoke. I imagine the other floors did too.

One person took our experience from good to amazing. Eliza knows what hospitality means. We felt like we were a guest at her house. Supper on Oct 9 th, 2024 in your restaurant-incase you’re looking to track her down. Friendly, attentive, accurate, accommodating. Everything at the property was perfect, but Eliza made it special. This property was a very good price in a nice area. I appreciate the free parking, the room was clean and comfortable. Two things I would change: I checked in at 10:00 at night and the woman at the front desk was not very friendly and the housekeeping staff were yelling in the hallways at 8:45 am, which needs to change as people do like to sleep later . I was excited to see a water slide park next door and will take my kids there next month. Thanks

A Great Grammy/Grandkids Get Away!
My grandkids and I wanted a one night get away with a pool and breakfast. The Doubletree was perfect! We will come back again for a longer stay and when the water park is open. Thank you to all of your staff!

My Dog and I received a warm welcome!
The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will stay there again when I travel in The Salem / Danvers / Boston area. The rooms were stylish, clean & quiet and the area was safe. The front desk staff were stellar and warm. My dog & I felt welcome. I’ll be back for sure next year.
