Fantastic hotel — the building is beautiful, the staff are great, and the rooms are surprisingly massive. Parking is a breeze, and the view of City Hall is a really nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean but smelled of cigarettes. One of the two elevators was broken, apparently it has been broken for several months, which makes it very difficult when staying on the upper floors.

The room was clean and in good condition when we checked in on Wednesday 11/26. We checked out on Saturday 11/29 and no one from housekeeping ever came to make the bed. Also, there was only one elevator working for our stay.

Very courteous staff. Room was clean. Some of the furniture was broken (drawers removed from dresser so it was just shelves, and the bedside table). Our toilet did not flush, but maintenance was quick to repair the issue. Very warm pool, the kids loved it. Great breakfast in the morning. Loved the 12PM check out. Parking in the garage was great and not expensive at $15 per day. Convenient location to the Chevalier theatre and we felt very safe walking there even after the show got out.
