Hot water went. No hot coffee later. The guy couldn't figure out why when we arrived red light was blinking on phone. Waited until next day and finally got someone. Told him our room needed cleaning but he forgot. No shuttle as advertised from airport. No GF bread option. Loud construction.

It was loud due to proximity on the freeway… bathroom wall tile is broke… breakfast was good… staff was friendly and helpful…conveniently located near local restaurants….

This is a no frills hotel but it’s close to food and other stuff . Parking is great and easy . Hotel room outdated but large . Staff was great . They do have coffee , drinks in the lobby . Some snacks and pastries it’s a little far away from most of the main activities in Boston
