We booked a room late at night after our air b&b fell through. Ash at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly, and positive when we were all a little weary. She helped turned our moods around and got us into our room quickly. The room comfortably accommodated the 5 of us. We appreciated having a free breakfast the next morning as well.

This hotel canceled my stay the evening I was arriving for ‘maintenance issues’ with no additional explanation. I literally got the voicemail while on the plane to Boston. They rebooked me at another area hotel that did not have a room to fit 5 people so my son had to sleep on the floor. That hotel had fire alarms in the middle of the night both nights we were there. I also have no idea what I was charged because they wouldn’t send me a confirmation. I will not stay at a Hyatt again.

The pull out couch was horrible. No blankets were given for the pull out couch so we had to steal a sheet from the other bed. Heat/AC unit wasn’t working properly. Kids enjoyed their breakfast. Sometimes the exterior doors did not latch or close properly so anyone off the street could get in. We were a family of 6 so we reused our towels but had to constantly ask for more face clothes. Only 1 elevator for the hotel. So if you have your car parked in underground, good luck trying to get down there. The poor cleaners have to wait around a long time.

The room was clean the beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was spacious. The front end staff was AMAZING! So kind, friendly and helpful. I love the lobby set up and the breakfast room was delicious
