When we arrived the valet greeted us and was very friendly. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. When we went to our room there was a small issue that was corrected quickly and we were even given a discount on our parking. The Nevermore (drink) was delicious and the food was impressive. The BEST part of our stay was Janice (executive chef) - she was WONDERFUL!!!!!!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge was exceptional. The location provided stunning views of the Charles River and easy access to both Boston and Cambridge. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The room was comfortable, modern, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
