I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and I would not choose to stay there again given the circumstances. The hotel has been used and used hard. The room was spacious, but the mattress would pop up on the side opposite to where a person is laying down. It has been a long time since this hotel had TLC. I had difficulties with the keys at this hotel because the keys would stop working within 12 or so hours. I left on a Sunday it seemed like there was a religious gathering with preachers somewhere in the hotel as well. I will not be returning to this location unless

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a serious issue: the presence of bed bugs in the room. In addition to this significant problem, the receptionist's response was both unhelpful and disrespectful. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience and offering a solution, such as an alternative room, I was met with a dismissive attitude. I had to check-out of the hotel without spending the night and look for an alternative arrangement!

The room was not it. The furniture is dated and dinged up, the bed is really hard and not comfortable at all. There is a mini fridge which was nice, but it never felt like it really got cold despite being on the coldest setting. There is also a window in our room that was supposed to open, but didn’t. The bathtub did not drain/would drain very slowly. Some of the shower water from the day prior would still be sitting in the tub the next day so that was kind of gross. The bathroom also looked like it may have been “updated” in the last 5-10 years, but the person who did the work did a very lazy job. There was caulking all over the marble and the walls, gaps between the sink and the wall, and the sliding bathroom door looked like it had only been halfway painted. The only saving grace is the location, but I’m sure there is another hotel with better amenities close by.

Rooms were clean, pillows were great. Could use a new mattress but slept well. Rooms are dated. Wallpaper is peeling away from the walls at the seams. Needs new carpet.
