Old motel but good bang for your buck. If you’re looking for $300 quality this is not your place. Plus, there was free breakfast included
Location and lake view was perfect for relaxation. Great host loved the hospitality. Host is very kind and accomodated our request. Staff was attentive and responsive. Enjoyed the stay. Looking to be back in future.
We had a lovely one-night stay. The room (#45) was clean and comfortable - it looked to have been recently updated.
Check in was quick and friendly and the view of Kelly’s mountain in the morning was spectacular.
No rating on the breakfast option as we did not have it this time.
Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
This stay was in a convenient location approximately 20km from the ferry. We booked last minute to avoid night driving. The staff at the front desk was friendly. This hotel was marketed as a boutique hotel but that was a stretch. It is a very dated hotel. The bathroom especially needs updating. It felt pretty clean and it was bright, not dark like a lot of old highway hotels. For heat there was a plug in heater which worked fine to maintain the temperature. The furniture is very old and the mattresses felt very old and firm. That being said it was quiet on the night we stayed and we had a good nights rest. We did not have the free breakfast the next day but chose to drive on in the morning.

The owner was really accommodating, it’s not state of the art hotel but it’s clean and a great location.
