We traveled from Texas to be with our daughter when her first baby was born. The stay at this hotel was wonderful. Amazing staff, everything went so smooth. The hotel is at walking distance to so many stores. Sprouts is across the street. We grabbed what we need it to cook some of the days. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time when we will visit If I could I would give this hotel 10 stars

Parking spaces are extremely narrow very hard to get in and out of car without dinging doors. The check in time of 4:00pm is very late and makes it difficult after a long flight. Your tired and need to clean up.

Expedia realized that dates were sold out & kept substituting dates without disclosure. I caught it on 3 occasions- missed it on my 4th- the reservation. I made a reservation 2000 miles away 2 hours from the reservation start. Even though I also made an airline reservation for the correct date in the same session. I am still waiting for their virtual customer service to respond to a request for help 3.16 hours ago. Will likely be a chargeback and the last time i use Expedia. $651.00 mistake by EXPEDIA.

My son and I visit family in Colorado often and usually stay at this hotel. The young woman who assisted us at check in (Emily?) was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She provided the type of memorable service that everyone should appreciate. We would return to this hotel just to interact with her again.

Stayed 3 nights, 2 little kids and 2 adults in standard suite double. Great location: restaurants within steps all around and Whole Foods for grocery shopping. Full kitchen with every useful utensil, including pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, even newly wrapped sponges for dishes and a little bottle of Palmolive. Pullout sofa was comfortable and large. Very spacious and well appointed room. Big picture windows on basically one wall. New building, clean and well maintained by a crew of hardworking friendly housekeepers who were always present and intensively cleaning each room for hours. Nice big pool, hottub and gym open 24 hrs a day. Parking is $35/day and is on site. Breakfast was included and excellent: wafflemakers, hot eggs and bacon, hard boiled eggs, fresh cut berries, oatmeal bar with all the fixings. Non-dairy alternatives. Generously replenished even right before they shut down at 9am. Hot coffee bar available all day. We had a terrific stay here and would recommend. Only complaint is that there is no fan in the bathroom.

They double charged us two different amounts,even though when I books the hotel 8-4-24 I paid. The shower didn’t even have a door and the water got everywhere in the bathroom, asked if they could do something nice since we were getting married and nothing.. they didn’t even have water!!! The pillows and bed were uncomfortable and let’s just say we slept awf..

Good location about a mile away from downtown Boulder. Good view of the mountains but you won’t be that high up. All the hotels appear to be 4 floors or less.
